Does anyone recognise all these faces? Have you ever waste your money for them? Can they become your idol? Shed tears when your favourite star eliminated? Have you ever?

Hmm.. Sorry for messing you with all these questions. I confess, I'm one of die-hard fan towards them. Every single week I watch them and waitng for the champion to be crowned. Sometimes cry... CRY!! Yeah, honestly.... I cry when Mawi became the champion and win every SMS award until now... I'm sorry for those Mawi's "slave".. I'm not saying that I hate him, but I'll never adore him as my idol... He prove to me that Malaysia's music industry had fall sick. Actually since long ago, I guess. Hmmm.. Stop talking about him.. I want to discuss about what reality show had done to Malaysian. Maybe most of us don't think anything about this matter. All they know is vote their favourite star. Sometimes, they organize fans club for their star even the star don't know that those fans club exist. Wow, so amazing.. Very fanatic right!!!!

But, just hold a second and please think at another point of view. Do you think all those people you voted will help you better in exam or find a better job? Maybe help just a little. How you look, I mean your good looking will help you to gain more vote...Come on, the reality of life will never look at your appearance. Maybe Dafi, Adam and many more so lucky and become girls dream but to have a better life, you better educate yourself and perform better in exam. It's annoying to see all the people that too fanatic and will to spend a lot of time and money just to worship their favorite celebrity.

What I want to talk about is how this phenomenon had damaged Malaysian people. Specifically our music industry. I know, the producer can't do anything about the theme of the programme because it is copied from the programmed that had been aired on the other country, but the selection of the winner is a little bit unjust because it is choose because of the look, sometimes because the contestant come from poor family and the worst is because the contestant come from their hometown. So, by this orientation, do you think the vocal is the thing we looking for?

Sometimes, when we ask people what is "pitching", "vibrato" and things like that, it will end up with no answer. So, do you think people have the right to choose the winner if the simple things like that they don't even know. I'm not surprised if someday all singers in Malaysia is a "machine singer" who rely on machine to make their voice is incredible.

So, to sum up, I hope anyone can stop this phenomenon. One thing, we don't need people to determine the winner because when the contestant is very talented himself, people will agree with the victory. Malaysia had many reality show and we don't want to burn our money for all those stuffs.
